The Physique Review
The Physique Review is a personalized, screen-recorded fitness review from Claire. The price is $15 in U.S. dollars, paid once. It is not a subscription.
After purchase, Claire will email you a photo-submission form. Your video review will be delivered by email within 48 hours after you submit the photos and information needed for your review. Please provide a working email address and follow the form instructions.
Your submissions
Submit only your own photos and information that you are entitled to share. Follow the photo instructions in your submission form and wear appropriate fitness clothing. You retain ownership of your submissions and allow us to use them to prepare and deliver your review and provide related customer support.
We will request separate permission before using identifiable photos or feedback in public testimonials or marketing.
Fitness information
The review provides general fitness observations and education. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a qualified professional about exercise or dietary changes when appropriate. Individual results vary; purchasing a review does not guarantee a particular physical outcome.
Orders and payment
The total price is shown before you place an order. An order is confirmed after successful payment. Contact us if your order details are incorrect or you do not receive your submission instructions.
